Eligibility

  • Rates & Fees

    • The Principal Card is S$64.20 per annum.
    • The first Supplementary Card is free for life as long as the Principal Card is valid. The second Supplementary Card is S$32.10 per annum.
    • All annual fees are inclusive of Singapore's prevailing Goods and Services Tax (GST).

    Requirements

    • This Card is exclusively for ladies.
    • You must be at least 21 years old
    • For Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, a minimum annual income of S$30,000 is required.
    • For Foreigners, a minimum annual income of S$60,000 is required.
    • If you do not meet the income requirement, a minimum Fixed Deposit Collateral of S$10,000 is required.
    • Supplementary Applicants must be aged 18 years and above.

To Apply For A UOB Lady's Card:

  • Complete an online application form and receive your Lady's Card next business day via courier. To receive your approved UOB Credit Card (s) on the next business day via courier, fax your signed application form and required supporting documents to (65) 6352 8795 by 2pm (Singapore Time), Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Your credit card will be couriered to the address stated on the application form. If the courier delivery is unsuccessful, the credit card will be mailed to the same address on the next business day.

  • Visit our Lite Branches (Toa Payoh or Suntec) and get your UOB Cards on the same day

    To receive your approved UOB Credit (s) on the same day, visit any of the 2 UOB Lite Branches at (1) Toa Payoh; or (2) Suntec from Monday to Sunday (excluding Public Holidays), 11am to 8.30pm. Please bring along the following supporting documents to expedite processing.

Terms and conditions for the Shopping Vouchers Promotion

• Promotion is open to UOB Lady’s Card applicants who apply for Principal UOB Lady’s Card (“Card”) by 31 July 2012 via (1) Online Application; or (2) sms <Shop> space <Name> to 77862.
• Limited to the first 200 successful applicants.
• Subject to the terms herein, each new Card applicant is entitled to receive one S$50 Shopping Voucher (“Activation Gift”) and existing Card applicant is entitled to one S$30 Shopping Voucher (“Activation Gift”) upon charging one transaction to their Card within one month from the date the Card(s) is approved.
• Each eligible Card applicant will only receive one Activation Gift, regardless of the number of Lady's Card(s) applied for and activated.
• The Activation Gift will be sent to qualified eligible customers within 3 months from the date the UOB Credit Card account is approved.
