    1. For new UOB Lady's Card or UOB Lady's Platinum cardholders whose primary cards are approved during 1 Jul - 31 Dec 2010.
    2. Only spending from the purchase of goods and services are accredited toward rewards points. The purchase or subscription of mutual funds, cash advance, interest, fees and charges are not.
    3. This offer is to new cardholders or those who have cancelled their membership with the UOB Credit Card 6 months age or longer.
    4. Points will be credited to your credit card account within 60 days after the 4th closing balance date and the cardholder must have good payment behavior throughout that period.
    5. The bank will calculate spending of each credit card separately. Spending amount incurred from multiple cards under the same cardholder or incurred from primary card and supplementary card cannot be combined for this rewards point calculation. This offer is limited one offer per one customer only regardless of the number of credit card held.
    6. This offer will be annulled if it is proved to the bank that the cardholder intends to generate spending transactions at merchants without actual purchase of goods or services.
    7. Other conditions are subject to the terms and conditions of UOB Rewards Plus Catalogue.
    8. Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
    9. In the event of a dispute arising out of this promotion, the decision of the bank shall be final.
