Terms & Conditions for "Bangchak Service Station – Up to 4% Cash Back"

1.	This promotion is reserved for UOB Lady's Card issued in Thailand that begin with 5432 only and with valid membership status and good payment on the date until which UOBT will credit cash back.
2.	Eligibility of Cash Back will start from the date of successful SMS registration only (SMS cost is THB 3 per SMS sending.). For successful SMS registration, cardholder will receive a replied message that is required to be kept for future reference/confirmation when necessary. (Register 1 time per card number throughout the promotion period.)
3.	Cash Back will be credited to Primary Credit Card account within 2 billing cycles from the posting date.
4.	Spending used in calculating for cash back must be incurred from gasoline spending for every THB 800 per sales slip (A fraction of THB 800 will not be calculated for cash back.) at participating Bangchak service station in Thailand, (excluding spending volume at Mini mart and other services).
5.	UOB Lady’s Platinum cardholders will receive 2% Cash Back of monthly gasoline spending volume at Bangchak service station, and additional 2% Cash Back of gasoline spending volume at Bangchak service station when retail spending volume from other merchants in other categories reaches at least THB 5,000 per card number per month.
6.	UOB Lady’s Cardholder (For credit card number with first 4 digits beginning with 5432) will receive 1% Cash Back of monthly gasoline spending volume at Bangchak service station, and additional 1% Cash Back of gasoline spending volume at Bangchak service station when retail spending volume from other merchants in other categories reaches at least THB 5,000 per card number per month.
7.	Maximum spending volume at Bangchak service station to be calculated for cash back is THB 4,800 per card number per month.
8.	Spending of Primary Card and Supplementary Card with the same card number will be cumulated to calculate for cash back, which is credited to Primary Card Account.
9.	Spending at other merchant categories includes both domestic and international merchants, excluding every transaction spent in Service Station Merchant Category Code (MCC) 5441 as specified in Visa and MasterCard’s record.
10.	Spending used in calculating for cash back excludes Cash Advance spending, all kinds of interest charges, fees, and returned transactions.
11.	If there is inaccuracy of cash back calculation, Cardholder must contact UOB for verification within 2 months after promotion has ended.
12.	Cash back is not refundable, replaceable, or transferable.
12.	UOB reserves the right to amend the program conditions as deemed appropriate without prior notice. The decision of UOB will be absolute and final.
13.	UOB is not involved in products and services. In case of enquiries for products and services, Cardholder must contact participating merchants directly.
14.	In case disputes in connection with the above terms and conditions have been raised, the terms and conditions in Thai version will be referred to and prevailed.
